Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FaxFast ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

FaxFast provides an online fax service: a dedicated fax number and the ability to send and receive fax documents through a web dashboard and email notifications.

2. Subscription and billing

The Service is billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except as described in section 4.

3. Fax numbers

Your fax number remains available for your paid subscription period. Canceling automatic renewal does not end that paid period early. When the subscription ends, or renewal payment fails, service is suspended and number release is initiated without a grace period. We notify you by email of a failed renewal. You may subscribe again using the same account, but recovery of the previous number is not guaranteed. Numbers are provided for use, not sold or transferable.

4. Delivery and refunds

Failed faxes are not automatically resubmitted by FaxFast. Pages from faxes that fail to deliver are not counted against your plan. Delivery depends on the receiving line and is not guaranteed. Contact admin@faxfast.net about a service failure or refund request; this does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.

5. Usage limits

Each plan includes the number of pages shown at checkout per month, sent and received combined. If you need more, contact support. We may temporarily pause sending on accounts far exceeding their limit.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send unsolicited advertising (junk faxes), threats, illegal content, or anything that violates the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act or similar laws. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Your content

Documents you send or receive belong to you. PDFs are available in your dashboard for 30 days. Download important documents before they expire. Contact support to request deletion.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in your dashboard before they take effect.
