What we collect

Your name, email address and password (stored as a salted hash), the fax documents you send and receive, the fax numbers involved, and basic usage data (pages, timestamps). Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

How we use it

To provide the Service: transmitting your faxes, notifying you by email, billing your subscription and offering support. We do not sell your data and we do not use your documents for anything other than delivering them to you.

Who sees it

Our infrastructure and telecommunications providers process data on our behalf to transmit faxes and deliver email. They are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

Retention

Faxes stay in your dashboard while your account is open. You can delete them anytime. When your account is closed, documents are deleted within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data by emailing support@faxfast.net.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you logged in and no advertising or tracking cookies.
